    Are your cushions still for sale? Responded to your Classified ad 2-3 weeks ago, but ad responses are hit and miss on delivery. We live in south Puget Sound.

    Sorry, this is my second attempt at responding to your e-mail. Not only are we newbies to the AS world but to forum pages and so had it a bit of trouble figuring out how to navigate this site. (spell and grammar check would be nice, especially after a glass of wine or three)
    Anyway, our problem is not with our batteries as we already have solar, but regrettably the the awning itself. Zip Dee has (or more acurately a dealer) has replaced the awning motor and brain on our rig twice now. At the present it is working, but who knows how long the thing will last. I am trying to stay positive about our unit, but when I read that some are hesitant to deploy their awning for fear it won't retract I find it apalling! We also would have opted for a manual awning had we known...It really is as the the old adage says, hindsight is 20/20.

    Nancy & Charlie, Welcome to the WBCCI. Did you sign up for the Oregon Unit? No need to have your number to register. Just tell me your number when you get it. PBR is only on Monday & Tues Nights so your friends would miss it if they are only coming for the weekend. We have partial shade for the trailers and beautiful shade trees for us to enjoy around the common area where we have meals and just enjoy the park, steps from our trailers.
