With instructions from the constructor I got 1 and 1/2 sections of the walls grease free. Took down the blinds the lights that look like they have never been cleaned.
Found a softspot that I put my fingers through disturbing the constructor but only minorly.
The remodel specs are at about $6,000. Hopefully I havn't underestimated too much.
Got the manuals (owners and maintenance) ordered. Hooray

We did it! We bought one. It wasn't the one that I was hoping for but my husband was tired of the search. The search included 100s of hours on line , 100s or hours of phone calls (to some of the nicest people - I wanted to buy every nice person's trailer), several $100 in gas and one lost deposit. All of this was done in a two week span.
Do you remember, "*I* want an Oompa Loompa! I want you to get me an Oompa Loompa right away!" That was me. My husband...
