Hey I saw your post from last year about putting in a new brushed CCD aluminum interior and looking into using a different grade/ thickness than the exterior .032 2024T and was wondering if you settled on anything. I tried reading through a lot of your posts but couldn't find anything other than your discussions on the wooden end caps. Did you end up using new aluminum on the interior? And if so, what kind?
I'm just beginning, but while I'm waiting for the '59 Pacer 18 to get delivered to Los Angeles, I'm planning out everything I'm going to do after my axle replacement, and the interior skins is the biggest part of it.
