    That is a toughie. The only difference that comes to mind between gen power and land power is land power is neutral bonded (the neutral and ground wires are bonded together on a land-line, but NOT on a pair of Honda generators). I'd suggest firing up the twin Hondas and then slowing switching on each device. See if there is one in particular that starts the on/off problem. See if you can isolate what in the RV might be the source of the problem (again, assuming the Honda's check out okay). Next, if possible, ask your dealer to connect a single Honda 3000 - 4000 watt generator to see what happens. If the problem persists, it sure sounds like something is going on with the RV, but not sure why shore power is okay. I can only speak for sure what the Honda's should do, and there are specific procedures Honda dealers use to confirm performance. Hope this helps a little.
