    There wasn't a service manual until 1972 or 1973 so the only wiring schematic that I know of is the rudimentary one that is contained in the owner's manual. Your best bet may be to contact another '68 owner who may be able to take detailed photographs of the Univolt wiring -- Ed Emerick has a '68 Sovereign which would have very similar wiring and Till (Ted) has a '68 Overlander ("smushed Overlander") that is very original and would be another possible source for comparative photos.

    The other option is basically using a power source or electrical testing tools to check each of the loose wires.

    We are near Natural Chimneys campground in virginia, way off the beaten path, we do have a large pasutre with access to water and electric, slight slope to get there.
