I see you are currently looking... Unfortunately, my trailer (1963 Ambassador) is located pretty far from Texas. Let me know if you need any ideas on places to look for vintage Airstream.

I forgot to mention, you may not want to believe all you hear about Global Warming. We had out first snow yesterday and again today.

Thanks for accepting my friendship. My wife Phyllis and I live in Silver Cliff, CO. It is about 75 miles SW of Colorado Springs. We tow our 17 ft Caravel with a 2004 Dodge Dakota V6. I would think your choice of a Tundra would work for pulling what you are looking for. There are a couple of used Airstreams here in town but I don't know if they are for sale. I don't know if you are into restoration or just want to start with a new or near new one. We have had our Caravel for about 18 years and it was in good condition when we got it but it is quite nice now that we have reworked it. My wife's sister lives in Huntsville TX and her brother is in Houma LA so we get to your neck of the woods fairly regularly. We were there in April. Probably won't be back for about a year. We love your area of the country. Good luck on the hunt. If I can be of any assistance let me know. I just posted my first article a few minutes ago. I have to wait to find out if it is accepted. It is regarding polishing older units.

I see you haven't made any friends, that seems unbelievable to me. Where do you live and travel most? We are fairly new members, joined early this year. Went on our first rally a couple of weeks ago. It was a very plesant experience. We plan to take our little 1965 Caravel to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs next week for a couple of days. We love being in hot water.
