Great. Just a word of caution. The furnace is set up to pump out "x" amount of warm air. If you were to shut down too many registers it will restrict the output and cause the furnace to shut down as a safety feature. Don't ask me how I figured this out.....

BAB, can you tell me where you got your adjustable heater vent covers you mentioned in a post. I can't seem to find any, and I've got to slow down all the heat being dumped under my dinette. Thanks.

The BG's (Basset Girls -- Rhoda and Nola), LOVE the Airstream, especially now that we have a '15 Classic....and you know how basset hounds like to be comfortable. Since they almost always have to be UP on something (bed, recliners, you name it), they appreciate Airstreaming. AND, they can see out the windows so they can watch whatever action is going on. Seriously, they are an ideal size for the Airstream....though we do have a 30'... One sleeps on the bed with us (of course), the other one curls up next to the bed. I've had basset hounds since 1967, and can't imagine not having one (or two). They are wonderful travel dogs!

Hi! I see you have two basset hounds. Wanted to introduce myself since I have two as well. We just ordered our first Airstream. Any tips for making the hounds comfy? They didn't like the setup in our current camper so much. Thanks Keri

So great to meet you in person at the recent FOD rally! I consider you a "tech guru" when it comes to Airstreams. I have taken your advice to heart. I just need to know the name of those sealed batteries again.

I just saw that you got another AS! Congrats. I like the one you got. Man. Just got back from the Canopener. Yes, I finally went somewhere. It was cold up there. I met a couple from North Carolina. The funny thing is that we figured out that I traveled as far as they did but I never left my home state!

    Hi BAB,
I'm new to the Airforums and I was sent your way by another member.

I have a new to us 2010 FC 28' that is currently outfitted with the silver mini blinds but I would love to be able to switch over to the Ocean Air or comparable shade system. Looks like you had a set for a 28' AStream available back in November.

If you still have them, do you think they would mount up to my AStream and what are you asking for the set and what is their condition?

    Thanks and Happy New Year?
