We only have the torsion axles.

You can, if you wish, upgrade the trailer with a torsion axle, and new style brakes.

Call me at 800-8777311, and we can discuss it, if you wish.

augie you look to have a 19ft trailer if that s10 is at least 90s or newer you should have no problem towing, you can have a hich shop check the weight and class of your hich on the truck put new tires on the trailer and go. good luck

    Paul,

There should be a plate just rear of the door handle that indicates the length and serial number of the TT (there are members that can tell you the year the trailer was made by the serial number). I can see that it's there in your picture. Most trailer lengths (if measuring with a tape) include the length of the tongue.

With this, you can post on the forums and someone with a similar coach will have an owners manual, and be able to tell you how much is weights.

From that you should be able to take the owners manual of your s10 and determine it's maximum towing weight.

Off hand, from your picture, I would guess your TT was built in the late 50's and about 19-20 feet in length. I would think you need at least a 4+ liter engine (understand that I live and tow up and down mountains, which requires more power)... but that's all based on a guess of your trailer and it's respective weight.

    Hope that helps a little,

    Calvin

RE:hi there I have a quick question for you. I have a similar trailer that my dad just gave me. My question is what size truck do you recomend to pull it with ? I live in San Diego and the trailer is in Florida I was planning on towing it back but not sure if my dad chevy s-10 would handle the tow.

Should no problem, will need a tow package including a towing break. My little Toyota with w 2.5 4cyl. will, as it has a 3500lb tow capability and the AS is 3200lb approx.

    Good luck

    Paul
