Thank you very much and Im really looking forward to getting this resolved! Everything else has been great and Blake at Foley Rv has been amazing at sorting out all of the issues that have come and Im just trying to figure out why the floor has dents in it that appear to have happen either before the flooring was replaced or or possibly afterwards but they were there when I received Basecamp back. Upon arrive how I felt around and was able to trace out the following shapes on the floor. This being my first trailer purchase Im just wondering if theres a bigger issue such as a leak or maybe something was dropped during the replacement floor instal.

Thanks and speak to you soon,

My 2013 31 Classic had problems with the angled wood , to the left of the refergerator comming loose at the top, I glued it and brad nailed several times , it would be pulled out in 200 miles...took the folding door down, removed the support beam, was 1/2 too short...added a spacer to the beam .renailed and glued the narrow angled panel...went 1200 miles and it is fine...that short beam was actually pulling the wall out...maybe someone needs a new tape measure there.....sent pictures and made phone calls for help? received zero good answers.....

I can understand an oven being say 20-30 degrees off, but over a hundred is going to burn food...
