We stayed in site 9 which is the 5-12 loop and there are some good sites to fit your 25'. Are site had the road right behind it so during the day there was traffic heading in but it didn't bother us because we set a little higher. During the day you hear a little gun fire because there is a shooting range but you do face the mountains which is nice. I'm not sure if you can hear the same gun fire at sites 1-4. I would go back to sites 5-12 again.

By the way to get to the lake you have to drive out of the park and go down the road.
