Ours is size of 3x5 card, laminated to keep dry, and is used for set up and for prep to depart.. Very simple, with two sections: inside and outside... Items listed are just prompt words, like: TV and Antenna, Sliding Pantry, Roof Vents, Water and Sewer Hoses, etc... Keeps us form leaving leveling blocks behind, or driving away with jacks extended and TV antenna up.. (Laugh now...) Most items in blue or black font.. Ones we miss most are in bold red font... We keep copy inside door on rack above stove, where it is easy to find and easy to put back...
