You need to tell the adjuster that only an authorized Airstream dealer/service department is really the only qualified persons to give you an accurate estimate. We had our Airstream in Billings, MT at Tour America for servicing so we didn't receive any hail damage. Tour America is also affiliated with Bretz RV of Missoula, MT. We just spoke with Tour America today and they advised that they are swamped with estimate quotes as a hail storm just went through their area recently. Good luck!

I see that you are from Gillette, too. Did your Airstream have any damage from the last hail storm? We just met with our adjuster and he is trying to figure out how to adjust for hail on an Airstream.
