Hi Globie6 - I think I'm going to have to use bolt cutters to get the screws out of the C channel too. They are rusted AND bent (oddly there is about 3 to 4 inches of "extra" screw where these come up through the frame - not sure why). I'm curious how you actually cut the screws AND nuts. Did you go through the nut too? Or were you able to loosen the nut and get under it and then cut? Did you then just push through the remainder of the screw through the frame? Or drill it out? Thanks for your help!

it was very low tech- I put something under the shell, so it spanned from the bath area floor sheet that was to remain, allowing space to slide the first sheet in, then I did the same for the 2nd and final. I think it actually worked pretty well, except I should've done something to keep the shell from moving- it is off by a little.

Hi Globie - thanks for the feedback on the floor replacement. It looks like you have a smaller trailer - but I'm wondering if the weight of the shell would almost make it impossible to slide the floor boards out and back in. How did you keep the shell suspended? One board at a time?
