Ours doesn't seem to have floor rot. It is solid throughout. I think we got lucky because this Argosy was kept in a barn most of the time. When it wasn't in the barn, it lived in a driveway, but the plumbing wasn't really used much, so there didn't seem to be much opportunity for leaking and the subsequent rot. We're removing all the wall paper because so much of it was coming off. These areas are the walls between the kitchen and bedrooms and the bedrooms and the bathroom. We're stripping the paper, removing the remaining glue and staining the walls. We aren't quite sure when we're getting the outside painted. We've talked briefly with a business near us that does custom car paint, but can do aluminum or fiberglass things-- like boats and trailers. We're not in a position to do it ourselves because it requires sprayers we don't own. That is going to be a big cost, so we're waiting on that for a while. We also can't decide on the color we want.

Do these campers have the floor rot problems that the A/S do? How eill you repair the wall where the wall paper is torn? If you wanted to pait the outside of the camper how would you go about painting the outside of the camper ?
