There are so many a/s food vendors in Austin, especially on the south side. Next time your in town also check out "The Trailer Park Eatery" on S. 1st St. they have a burger stand airstream, and a coffee vendor and also a taco stand, all in various airstream trailers. It's quite the hip place to eat during lunch hour.

On another post, you mentioned the Cupcake Palace. Do you own the cupcake place on South Congress? I had a monstrous cupcake there on vacation last October. We still talk about what a great place that was-- and a GREAT use of an Airstream!
