Squid (like the name). Since I am new to Argosy and Airstreams, I am trying to figure things out as I go. I to have not found out how the backboard is suppose to work. I have been too busy lately to work on it but when I do, if I can figure it out, I will let you know. So may things I don't know. I do have a booklet and will look in it to see if it gives a configuration.

I have the Gaucho couch/bed in the front of my 79 6.7 Argosy also. Havent quite figured out how the plywood backboard is supposed to work?? Any words of wisdom for me?
