Yes I have the 454, carburator.
Never gets more than 10 mpg.
Mostly between 6 and 8.
Paid $15,000 for it Oct 2006.
Thay can cost lots to fix up if have not been wel cared for.

I forgot what you told me about your mileage and would like to know if you have the 454 engine. Maybe I could drive one at the fall Rally.
