Thanks Rhonda, I'm looking forward to making this cheeseball for my son when I see him. He always eats the raw cookie dough when I make cookies. He will love this (I'm sure his house mates will too). I'm going to miss my girl,( my little shopping buddy ) but at the same time I'm excited for her. I know she's going to have a great time. Thanks again and looking forward to seeing you and your family again, Elaine

Dear Bill and Elaine, I am so glad that you had a good time. Hopefully you will get lots of use out of that table. Don't let that empty nest get you down!! Elaine her is the recipe for chocolate chip cheeseball.
1 package(8 ozs)cream cheese
1/2 cup butter(no substitutes), softened
1/4 t vanilla extract
3/4 c confectioners' sugar
2 T brown sugar
3/4 c mini chocolate chips
3/4 c finely chopped pecans
graham cracker sticks
In mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Place cream cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap; shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, roll cheese ball in pecans. Serve with graham cracker sticks.

Elaine and I had a great time last weekend. We sure did enjoy the time we spent with you and Dave. I have been working on the trailer the last two nights, to get it ready for next weekend. We are staying at a campground in Zeeland Michigan while we get Rachal set up in her new dorm. After twenty years of kids, it is going to be a little different at home. Thanks for being so nice to us, Bill and Elaine
