classified ad attached, we are in upstate new york, any chance you are near this Ohio location and can inspect it? I have a $500 holding deposit and have settled on a price with current owner at $4200, we were buying this site unseen, but all our friends think we are completely nuts to just send a check and expect trailer to show up, we have already arranged a delivery company for 7/23/09, I found you name as part of inspector lists, but sorry my geography of Ohio is LIMITED to say the least! please advise.
