Barry, QTown was a hedonistic orgy of food, campfires, laughter and a beverage or two. On the Monday morn after Tday Bam, Str8stream joined Karen and I into California's high desert and we stayed Mon. night on a five acre piece of property Karen and I had sold to a friend of ours about 300 yards from the Marine base fence. So we had a helicopter, Humvee and truck show to watch as we goofed off. Monday ended around the campfire.

In short the drive was gorgeous and everywhere we stopped we were surrounded by Airstreams. We had a great time. Naturally as a desert rat I loved being out in it for six days.
