Check out this video showing how to replace the Ventline vent. It shows how the motor is mounted in the vent. IOn another site I also saw an instruction sheet from Ventline on how to replace the motor. I would call them and get a copy. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q...8&&FORM=VRDGAR
