The reason I started on the closet doors was because my wife forbade me from working on the AS until I did something with my other house. We just got married about a year and a half ago. I moved into her house and mine sat empty for about a year. Well not exactly empty! In fifteen years I had collected quite a bit of stuff. In early october 08 she got assigned to Dallas for Hurricane Ike damage duty for three months. Before she left we agreed that before she returned I would do my best to clean...

In february of 2008 we had our annual meeting for the hunt club and once again I asked the president what was going on with the AS since it was still sitting in the same spot. This time he told me that he had finally given the owner an ultimatum and it had to go since the gentleman had not paid his dues in now two years and he was getting sick of looking at it.I called the owner right then and he finally agreed to sell it rather than having to deal with it and the price was right !!! 500!!! We agreed...
