'57 Texas Caravanner needs windows

I'm looking for 3 Hehr Standard windows measuring 41"x18" outside edge to edge for a cool 57 Caravanner.I've been reading up on these window and it sure looks like they were made in many sizes.
Any help on these windows or this cool old13
panel trailer. I did notice the front interior end cap is fiberglass and the rear is a 13 panel aluminum end cap.
I read Pbearsailor 57 Caravanner thread and learned a great deal on both Steve, his wife and their cat along with Steve's great skills as he restored his beautiful trailer. If you haven't read this thread you should.

Mike, I see three options with those windows...
#1. You get VERY LUCKY and you find them. The sizes and style of Herh windows you seek are without a doubt the most sought after. Most people will charge you $200+ per window(unless you get VERY LUCKY)
#2 You find a canned ham trailer(s) of the the same era and make those windows work for you. This is not as long a shot as you might think. Many trailers of this era used Herh windows.
#3 You find a metal shop that can fabricate the missing windows for you. This could be costly, or it could be a real easy solution because you already know how to grease the wheels in the blue collar trades.
I get at least one call a week from someone looking for either a back or front window for your era trailer. If someone was to start fabricating these, they would have a gold mine on their hands...

Frank

You can read me like a book. I've already dropped a frame off at a fabricator for an estimate. Hopefully it won't be an arm and a leg.

I haven't had any luck finding any canned hams around here.

Thanks as always for your thoughts.
