Last ditch request..HEHR 1009 window channel??

Hey all,

I'm trying to add a missing window piece near our front door. We have the frame, just need to add the interior frame (the pieces that surround and hold the actual glass) on a 17.5x18" window. I have a friend that can re-weld the channel aluminum if I can only just find some material.

Does anybody have a big window laying around that I can pay you dearly for? The glass isn't required, obviously, and you could even cut it down to fit to a smaller box if necessary for shipping. I'd love to hear if I can get any ideas.

I've pretty much scoured the scrap yards Nationwide already, and was going to get a fabricator make up something that looks better than the cheapo plastic window we have stuck in there now, but thought I'd make one last ditch effort and ask here
