Thanks, Dacks sent you a message.

Like all airstream projects ours will be an interesting experiment but I know that getting pro sounds can be done according to what's been done in the airstream LMS Studio where these artists have recorded:

Led Zeppelin, The Who, Bad Company, Eric Clapton, The Faces, The Stones, Mott The Hoople, Ronnie Lane, Bob Marley, Jack Bruce, Marc Bolan, David Bowie, Van Morrison, The Damned, Elvis Costello, Stevie Wonder, John Lee Hooker, Keith & Ronnie, B.B. King, Dave Edmunds, Jeff Beck

LMS Mobile Recording Studio London

I can only find this one pic of the interior but it looks like they didn't bother with much soundproofing. If we add a few layers of specialized materials it will probably help a lot.

I think you'll find that LMS was a mobile control room, that could record live performances. They'd park outside the hall and run lines for microphones into the venue. That's a little less challenging, in terms of space and soundproofing, than building it all into the trailer. It also may be the way you want to go with yours.

Here are a few other photos of LMS

What we are going for is more like Rockhopper - completely self contained.
