any guesses on the original layout?

I'm pretty sure I know where the oven went. There is a copper tube with female fitting coming up in the cubby hole above the lowest cabinet door in the far right of the pic. I am trying to figure out what was between the wall that the gas lamp is on and the wall that was removed near the door. There is a hole that has a lid screwed over it in the floor next to the wall with the lamp. I can see where there were hinges on the front edge of the same wall near the top. I don't think the lamp is in the original spot (?) There is an oblong vent in the ceiling above the lamp. Anyone got any guesses? Also, can anyone tell me what exactly was mounted in the roof in this big opening? Thanks all

The roof hole used to carry an air conditioner, and the base plate is still in position.

Could it possibly have looked something like this:

I don't think i've seen an Airstream with a stove and fridge on the same side before. Maybe they exist.
