Is this the VIN number?

I'm in the process of buy what I believe is a 1957 Bubble. However, there is no title and I'm trying to find the VIN number. Is this it? The stamped number is 490. Made in Norwalk, CA. It seems in good shape. All original with toilet and sink. Floor seems solid. No dents. I'm paying $1000. Does that seem like a reasonable price? Thanks.

That is a valid Vin for a California Bubble. $1,000 is a very good price for a unit in good shape. If you change your mind, let me know.
