That is a beautiful piece of fabric with many beautiful colors to choose from.

I'm not a decorator but since you are accepting opinions:If that were mine I would approach it this way.

I would let that fabric be the strong piece without competition. I would then pick a light color to keep my small space from looking smaller. I would likely choose a neutral, the lighter brown, green, or red and use one of those. Then I would likely do a pillow or two include the same fabric to tie it in. I would also find a accessory in that shade to repeat the color a couple of times in the trailer. Like a vase, a print, kitchen accessory, a bowl.

Thanks for letting us chime in.

I'm far from any style or decorator skills, but I'd think some kind of light to medium solid cream color would do 2 things - pick up on the sorta similar colors in your upholstry material as well as allow a good amount of sunlight into the trailer. Style of the curtains is well beyond my limited eyesight . .

Whatever you choose that's gonna be a sweet little trailer.

Hi Robin.

I don't remember what your flooring looks like, but hopefully there is a color in the upholstery fabric which you can also pull out of your flooring to tie those together. I'd choose a color from both which you feel good about, meaning really like. I'd also choose a contrast fabric to have a quilt or comforter fabricated out of and mix up the two fabrics for pillows; for the bed I'd do a couple out of the drapery fabric as well as one out of the upholstery, and I'd use the contrast fabric (comforter fabric) as cording. If you are having a couple of pillows made for the dinette, I'd use the other two fabrics; the upholstery fabric would just blend in with the same fabric on the dinette cushions. Normally, odd numbers of fabrics pleases the eye (just as in other things, such as landscaping -- using three's or five's), using the upholstery fabric/solid drapery/contrast, you'd have three fabrics.

No keep. I am "slimming" down. The Cloud and the front kitchen Safari next. Get down to one...ONLY one. Same with the cars and motorcycles.

You have done a great job choosing flooring/countertop/upholstery fabric, and I love aqua, that's one of our fabrics in our 25' Safari, it feels so relaxing to me.

I forgot to mention to keep the scale of the contrast fabric smaller than the upholstery fabric -- something that won't "fight" with the pattern in the upholstery fabric. (For example, I often use a 1/4" check or a small type of stripe as a contrast fabric.) You'll need to lay out a flooring sample, upholstery scrap, and a cutoff of the boomerang countertop when you go looking for fabrics, that's the best way to get a good feel for it.

I just looked over your pics again -- that all blends in so well, and your flooring and upholstery fabric works very well together. For some reason, looking at your upholstery fabric feels good, I think it's the combination of the colors as well as the patterns. Nice fabric. And the richness of the color of the flooring gives off a warmth.

When we were in Albuquerque for the Vintage Trailer Academy earlier this month, we took a day and went to Santa Fe (love that town!), anyway, we bought several thinish rugs for me to upholster the seat in a rad rod Frank is getting ready to build, somewhat different patterns, same colors in them, scale of patterns work well together -- I can't wait to get started on upholstering that seat! We wanted Indian blankets, but..........have you priced them lately? Whoa, of course the ones we liked (I picked out) were thousands of $$/blanket, so of course they were out of the picture. I always seem to be drawn right to the priciest of whatever.
