Newbie with a 1955 Bubble (I think)
Hello-
I'm excited to be the proud owner of what I think is a '55 Bubble! This beauty has been sitting in the Colorado foothills for at least 30 years enjoying a nice view of Longs Peak.
The serial number reads "241" and the wheel cut outs are square-ish, leading me to believe it is a 1955.
The body appears to be in pretty good shape, except for a dent in the front, upper, curbside corner. The interior is a mess, but I think it is mostly all there and original... time will tell.
I look forward to meeting some members on here, and learning as much as I can about these great little trailers.

Welcome - I'm sure your trailer has many " whale of a tails" to tell if only it could talk! What a beautiful spot to hang out for 30 years.

Nice find! Just finishing up the work on my '57 Bubble. I'd love to see some pics of your "before" interior. What are your plans for the Bubble?

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I'll get some more pics up once I get it back home and cleaned out... hopefully in the next few days.

Ok, hit my first snag. The wheels that the previous owner left don't fit. Does anyone know what size wheels and tires I need? I think they are 5-lug.

UPDATE:
Towed her home today. Cleaned out a TON of old sleeping bags, extra cushions and rodent crap. She seems pretty solid and intact. I was excited to find the floor heater, I've never seen that before.
