Rich, at the rate your going, you may consider skiping ice cream sales, and open a Airstream museum!
Nice find, Jeff

Rich, I would like to see more pics of your 55FC. I think you saw that mines is pretty rough. Did you get any literature with the trailer. And would you be willing to share copies of such with me. I'm starting my research period on this trailer. I would like to gather as much information as possible before I decide to do any restoration.
Thanks Don

I still own it.
Pictures can be seen at: http://www.vintageairstream.com/arch...5FC/index.html

Of all the trailers I have owned it is my favorite, and I have owned a few...

Sorry no specific 1955 lit available.

That is one sharp trailer. It is like a step back in time, just peering at the pictures. I especially like the 1955 calender. Looks like it has a number of features I've not seen before, like the fan over the furnace, air blower in the rear over the bed (whatever that does), strange compartment behind the toilet. Does the floor in the bathroom have perforations for taking a shower? I didn't see picture(s) of the shower head and faucets. What are your plans for it RichardT?
