Window seals, door seal

Hi, we recently inherited a 1954 Flying Cloud. It needs a lot of love, but the first thing I need to do is replace the seals around the windows so it can handle my wetter climate. And the door seal needs replacing. I'd appreciate any guidance! Can I just go to the hardware store and get a sealant or does it need something special?
I also need to replace the window crank. We can't find it anywhere. Goodness knows how long it's been missing! My new beauty was a hunting trailer for a long time and it's pretty rough.

I just purchased a replacement seal for a storage compartment door for our 2001 Airstream. Now stuff for your '54 may be much harder to find but I'd start with Vintage Trailer supply or Out of Doors Mart in North Carolina. Good luck finding what you need. It may be a challenge but keep at it.

As polarlyse stated, VTS has a selection of cranks and gaskets. You may also try Blaine Window Hardware. They have a large selection of window operators. Good luck. Bubba
