I love your trailer. That was a fast renovation!! It really shows a very high level of sustained hard work. Congratulations.

Thanks for al the compliments! We love our trailer And although it was a great challenge for my hubby i'm suspecting he is already pondering about getting another one to rebuild.....

The 'range' is from SMEV, i don't think it is easy to get in the US. They have a wide range of kitchen appliances for trailers and RV's. It works perfect, i used the grill, oven and burners. I might even try making pizza in it

Great job by your husband! I'll bet the 21' FC is perfect for the small provincial roads along the canals. Next we want the typical tourist photos of the Airstream parked next to a windmill, decked out in tulips, with all the clogs by the door! If I could I would spend my next European vacation touring Nederland instead of rushing to see everything else...

Well, you should! There is so much to see here! And so many pretty places to stay.

We will be touring the Netherlands as well as Europe. I think there is an Airstream meeting in Germany next spring which we will attent and i would love to go to Scandanavia and there is a French Airstream campsite which i would love to visit as well

Wow. Your work is absolutely stellar. And I love your color scheme: cool print on the windows and coordinating solid colors everywhere else so it's very uncluttered and clean-looking. Gorgeous! Hope you enjoy it for many years!

That is one of the things i could contribute to the trailer. I was in charge of curtains and cushions. I never made them before so it was quite a challenge . Selecting the fabric was the easy part.

Funny thing though, everyone seeing the trailer for the first time compliments on the cushions and curtains which were probably the least work and effort put in the trailer while Bert was outside in wind, rain and snow working on the trailer

We could not find any ready to install nice looking railings. Luckily Bert had a moment of inspiration were he decided he could use radiator pipes

Ciciolina,
I've just had a delightful time reading about your superb restoration of the Flying Cloud. It's almost as old as me (I'm a 1949 model) and you folks have given it new life. I hope that you enjoy camping as a family as much as my wife and our son (now 33 and married himself) have over the years.

Again, my congratulations on a job well done!!!

All my best,

Steve
