Please Decipher this '50s era VIN

I have an owner who believes he has a 1954 Clipper, made in California, with a VIN of 7146. I have looked at the Vintage Photo Archives, but I'll be darned if I can figure it out. He states that the trailer is 18', but it looks to me that he is only including the shell in his measurement. Any great VIN decoders out there?

Upon further review, it looks like this trailer is actually a 1951 Flying Cloud. I am still looking for confirmation, but I think I found it's sister.

Moderator: Please move this thread under 1951 Flying Cloud

In a thorough review of RJ's archive pages, I believe it is a '51 Flying Cloud just based on the serial number. Here's the link.

'51 Flying Cloud

A bit different than a 17' Clipper at 21' including bumper and hitch. Pictures would certainly help plus we all love to see unique vintage units.

On edit: I see you found it.
