Five years of rehab

It has been five years since I bought the trailer. After rehabilitating the ravages of time (wish we humans could do the same), the trailer is up and out on the road.

I wondered when the coming out would be. It looks GREAT!

Fabulous job! Incredible turnaround. I love the long facing seats. Very social and casual.

And just think, I never would have seen your work if you hadn't posted about beer in the other thread.

The facing seats are where the original twin beds were (not usable, rodents, too short, dedicated as beds). The seats are now our beds.

Had to replace my fresh water bladder. Old one split a seam.

We have a 1953 flying cloud and are trying to determine the value. Any suggestions? Thanks, Bill

Most people refer to http://vintageairstream.com/airstream-price-guide/
So much depends on condition. More than likely it will take a lot of work and money to restore.
Really well done professional restorations can be sold for good money but cost good money.
A do it your self restore can range from very good to only making it worse.
Post pictures and you will get a fair amount of opinions.

Gene
