Wilsonart makes some really nice aluminum laminate ..not sure that's what they used there but check them out at Wilsonart, manufacturer of decorative surfacing materials and adhesives for countertops and work surfaces They have basic alum as well as cool textures and other colors of metal too We're renovating now too... can't wait to see your finished pics!

Wait till it is finished...yes IT IS where the Toilet is..opposite that is the shower.

I found the perfect fitting rectangular bathroom sink...after hours of searching the web,

I will take other pics that clearly show that it is the bathroom

Its not an Ikea faucet, off the bat I dont remember what it is...LOL

All overhead bins removed...

Executive decision...all the overhead cabinets driver side are removed... it really opens it up and showcases the shape...at least I think so! The loss of storage space (albeit small) will be compensated by custom cabinets that will NOT be overhead...stay tuned! - and yes, on the dinette is my airmatress n which I am sleeping while doing the renovations -- better than doing the roundtrip to NYC everyday...
