Structure/attaching things to the walls

I know it's probably been covered a in a million threads, but darned if i can find a single reference to such a simple question. Is there any kind of framwork to the walls? What is the best way to afix something (like a cabinet etc) to the wall?

When screwing something... again structurally.. like a dinette frame etc to the floor, how deep can you go without hitting the water tanks? Even though i purchased the service manaual, it's still not reallys showing me exactly where my model's tanks are..

pretty basic stuff, but oh so important!
