Some lights not working + need help installing track

Hi all! Hope I can get some help pretty quickly on getting a few of my lights to work. 2 of the 4 lights work fine but the two ceiling light fixtures on either side of the ac unit are not working. They were fine a few weeks ago but dont know what could go wrong. We replaced the fuses and that didn't help.

I thought all the center ceiling lights were wired in one line so they should all work right?

Also ive removed one of the light fixtures hoping to replace it with a 12v Juno track light. However there only one wire coming out of the fixture.....how do I use the one wire for my connection. There is a negative and polarity hookup to install the track and no clue where to put our single wire.

Most of the time, if you have a two wire light the neg (-) wire should be attached to the frame (ceiling) to ground. I say that because that is how it works for running lights on the outside.
For your lighting problem, you are right. The wires run in a line and the one in that line that is working may be where the problem is. The power wire may have slipped lose and the ones down stream have no power. That is just a guess from times that I had that problem in the past.

Newer models have a light switch just inside the door. Can be accidently turned off. jim

The negative side of the light fixture is attached to a clean spot on the skin. I believe the switches near the door are for the outside lights. You said the lights worked before. Where did you turn them on? Is there by chance a switch on the fixtures themselves that is turned off.
Do you know how to use a meter and test for voltage at each fixture. A$ used some plug in connections on fixtures. Perhaps it came unplugged. I had thus happen on one of the reading lights in the front of the trailer.

On my '75 Safari the switch right next to the door turns on the outside light right above the door. The other switch turns on the light above the kitchen sink. There is another switch just past the window that turns on the round "porch light" outside. Hope this helps.

Have you tested the power to the switch? A jumper light or a multi-meter works well. If you have power to the switch, then you either have a bad switch or an open ground.
