Side Dinette /converting for bed

When making a bed, the side dinnett in my 99 34' limited (Vintage leaf ) is not easy to make a flat surface, if all cushions are used, it's too long, If I leave any cushion one out, it's too short. I'd appreciate any feedback or thoughts on this.
The Vintage Leaf pattern is really ugly!
