Showing off

We've benefited from much advice on this site since we bought our AS last month. I figured I'd show off my wife's handiwork and perhaps give others some ideas.

Wow....a lot to be proud of! Love how you've decorated it! The floors look great and love the new couch! Great work!

Eastern South Dakota is very pretty with hills, rivers, and trees.

Thanks for the encouraging comments. Actually, it's the original couch. My wife stripped the old upholstery and replaced it with leather. The floors are marmoleum, which she cut and arranged.

Great! My wife says to keep your digital camera handy and take lots of pictures of the deconstruction. And use zip-ties to replace any broken bits underneath as well as the old metal staples. Good luck!
