Shaping Subfloor

I have to replace the subfloor in the bathroom. I have been having problems shaping the wood to fit the round corners. Does anyone know a good way to produce the exact curve?

I was messing around yesterday with this same problem with the curves (I believe it is a compound curve) in the shell about waist high.
The rough measurements on the back of my envelope are, in inches:
x y
1 1
2 2 1/16
3 3 1/8
4 4 1/2
5 5 1/4
6 6
7 6 1/2
8 6 3/4
9 7 1/8
10 7 1/2
11 7 5/16
12 7 3/4
13 7 7/16
14 8
15 8 1/8
