Saggy Bottom

MY REAR BUMPER IS SAGGY AND I NEED INFO ON MY 1974 AIRSTREAM 32 FOOTER. I COULD USE SOME OWNERS MANUALS AND SOME REPAIR PEOPLE IN NEW YORK.
