renovation floor plans 1969 29'er /rear bathroom

has anyone out there re-designed the floor plan of this particular model so that the master bedroom is partioned off where the living room used to be and the living room is midship aft of the kitchen?

I have my airstream gutted now and starting to redesign the floor plan as I don't like twin beds.

thanks,

brent

I have. The first go round I took out the twin beds and put bunks on one side and a small dinette on the other. In the front I had an L shape couch that pulled into a bed. Then we had twin girls. So four kids don't fit anymore. Also I'm tired of pulling out my bed every night.

So this is what I'm going to do. In the front I will put a permanent queen bed, I will have a 1/3 wall as you walk in, so if the door is open and someone is in bed everyone outside can't see. This also gives a place for the kids to play and watch a movie.

In the middle where the twin beds were, I am putting couches on either side. The backs will flip up to form bunks. I will have a fold up table that can go In between the couches to form a dinette that will seat 8. The kitchen and bathroom stay the same.

You could put a small dinette on one side and a couch on the other. I will post a link to my old remodel tomorrow so you can see the dinette.

you can see some pics of the dinette here and the bunks also. You could put a couch where the bunks are.
