Just started all the new bamboo flooring, all of the furniture is being re-done in AS camel Leather

You can never go wrong with an endless sea of taupe/bisque/tan/almond/bone/beige. Almost anything can match those colors...even Airstream lately has been producing more neutral mainstream colored trailers decor-wise.

I agree,

I have replaced all the faucets with Moen polished chrome as well as all of the interior lighting (updated to LED)
Exterior lighting now also all LED.
I also changed the brass shower door to a brushed chrome finish,,,,,,polished brass is so 80's :-)

The drawer pulls are polished chrome with a twitch of brass, can't decide if I should leave or replace.

New 30" TV up front and a 28: in the bedroom.

How did you replace the shower door? We had it done at Airstream dealer, and it wasn't cheap ($500) but worth it to me. We replaced the door pulls on our 2004 classic with brushed nickel and I think it made a huge difference. You can pick up a few at the big box store, try them, and return if you are not a fan. Weirdly, and randomly, the style I chose at Lowes is identical to ones Airstream is using on some new trailers.

Can you give details on the bamboo floor? Is it a floating snap together or glued? How heavy is it? Where did you purchase it? My Classic vinyl is buckling in a few places due to temperature extremes so a floor project is on my future wish list.

I have a flooring store two doors down from where I'm restoring my '68. I talked to them about flooring and was interested in going with bamboo. They talked me out of it. I was told that bamboo loves to soak up any moisture and will eventually buckle, also it doesn't perform well with big temperature swings.

They showed me an LVT snap and click product that can be installed as a floating floor or glued down. Looks like natural wood, cork underlay glued on, has zero expansion up to 180 deg and will never absorb moisture.

I can get the name of the product tomorrow if interested, they have just about every imaginable wood grain available.

As a side note, the '68 had bamboo in it when I bought it. It was solid bamboo and not an engineered flooring. It was completely trashed due to splitting and cupping.
