Need ideas and help for bathroom remodel

My husband and I are restoring a 76 international with the bathroom in the rear. We want a modern look. Thinking about stainless or aluminum walls with stainless shower pan. Any thoughts or comments on gauge - stainless vs aluminum? Any other thoughts or ideas for a lightweight shower wall? Thank you!!

I think that would work just fine. As a matter of fact I have seen this idea and they used alumimum. Looked very good and affordable.
