Wow! That is small and very space-efficient. I like.

You can get a like one from Airstream. They use one in one of the Sprinter models.
Model KOMBI 840x436-DF-HI/21-I-2G
2 Integrated Glass Lids
Stainless Steel
Recessed controls
I ordered this (Model 9222) off eBay from England. Even with shipping, it was less than the one from Airstream.

I really like the SMEV stuff. It lets you keep all your counter space available. There used to be a ton of it on Ebay, but not so much in the US since most distributors are gone. Most of the EBAY listings here are from the UK for the same equipment.

The stove/sink was not cheap, but what is when restoring an AS, but it is what I wanted. Like you point out, closed, it frees up counter space and in a small trailer, space is a premium.

I am slowly restoring a '53 17' Clipper. It now has an electric 2 burner/sink combination. I don't think it is original. I'd like to replace it with a propane combination like the one you found. Can someone tell me if it is going to be difficult to do this from scratch? This is probably a really dumb question but does the propane tank have to be mounted outside the trailer?
Thanks for any help.

Yes, propane outside the trailer, unless your dream is a fireball of a death, one that people will remember and talk about for years.
The stove and sink recessed and a closing lid should be doable.
