Moving bathroom from back to side

I'm in the proccess of gutting a 78' sovereign, it is configured with bunk bends on the side and a bathroom at the rear. Since we plan to live in the A/S, I would like to move the bedroom to the rear. Does anyone have experience doing this? it is even possible?

I'm going to do the same thing - when it gets warmer - 34 degrees now.

Buying (on sale at RV Adventure now) a short toilet (13.5") and mounting it atop a black tank above the floor. This will make it 18.5" high - just right for me and my wife. We hate regular toilets at our age.

This is the way it was done in the older 60's Airstreams.

This lets me not deal with placing the black tank under the floor and all it's problems. Should be straight forward and much easier.
