How have these peel and stick metallic tiles held up with the constant flux in ambient temperatures?

Looking to put a backsplash in my bathroom.

Is a tile backsplash too heavy?

I posted here in Nov 2013 that I had installed these tiles in our bath owner the wallpaper border behind the sink. Since then the trailer has seen temps well into the 20s as well a 100+ days here in Texas. In 2014 we took a 4 month adventure to Alaska and back and last year we traveled up through and around the Great Lakes, Ontario, Quebec, then from Maine to Virginia and back to Texas. We are also members of a local RV club and the months we are here we venture out other them. To date not one has come loose or discolored. We've been very happy with this fairly simple project. I did go over the surface with alcohol to help ensure a good contact with the adhesive.
