Interior panels

I'm a 1st time airstream owner (67' 26' Overlander) and was wondering what you guys recommend to use to replace the interior paneling. I have just gutted it (the old pieces were in horrible shape to save) because I need to pop the shell off to replace the floor which has rotted out. It was handed down to me from my grandfather.
Basically, I would like to know what options are out there for the paneling. I did notice that the end pieces were one big fiberglass piece. I was able to save the one on the front.
I'm attaching pics of the interior as well.

I have been told the inner skins are an integral structural component of the monococque construction.

On a Streamline I am working on I used RF fiberboard panels for the lower part of the front of the trailer.
