Made some progress on the rear street side area today. Covered up the water heater hole, and put my inlets where the water heater vent things were.
I'm going to make a habit of polishing the areas I put the do-dads on so I don't have to take everything apart later to get into the nooks and crannies.

You could put the lock in the shell and latch the door.

Oh, are you sure you want to remove the shower pan?

Hahaha, yeah, having second thoughts about the shower pan, maybe I'll just put it back to how it was

Messed around on the roof, if you walk where the framing is and you weigh 150lbs, you will not dent your Airstream.

It's getting pretty hot out here in CA so I figured I'd take the windows off and bring them in my house to re-do them... I took one of the side ones pretty much all the way apart, separated the layers of glass etc. it's a messy job and I don't feel like I can get it back together without getting some dog hairs in between and messing up the caulk job and having to start over, so I'm going to take these to a glass place and see what they can do, might tint them while I'm at it.

Pro tip:
When you are trying to take apart your windows and these horrible evil little flat head screws get stuck, or when the heads break off, and they do.... Like 1 in 4 at least are gonna give you problems...
Take your dremel and get about 5,000 metal cut off disks because we all know that you're lucky if you get one cut out of these things before they wear down too far or shatter, and make an incision at the right depth and you should get the screw at the right layer where you can just leave it in.
When you put your window back together, just make some new holes.

Got the deadbolt installed, and this thing is pretty awesome. It supposedly works with my phone and the keypad is great incase I wanted to leave the keys behind while running through the forest naked.

So I gave up on the original windows, I tweaked the frames too much due to all the screws breaking and trying to get it apart. So I picked up new ones from inland RV this morning (3 hour round trip) inland RV was the cheapest at $195 per window vs. $400 per window at vintage trailer supply. These are a single pane of glass so I don't have to worry about stuff getting between the glass anymore.
There was a little spot in the corner where there was nothing behind the holes so you can see my fix for that. This side turned out perfect. Into the the next one.
P.s. If your arms are long enough, you can do this yourself.

I can't decide if I like your deadbolt or your new front windows the best. Both look pretty darn good.

Inland RV is such a famous place for us Airstreamers. I have purchased plenty of stuff from them. I do wish they would update their webpage so I could order stuff at midnight on line. More convenient for me.

David
