Artwork, you need artwork. Pin striping was developed to salvage chipped or scratched expensive paint. Maybe? It could certainly be an interesting way to draw the eye away from the holes. Always thought a riveted patch to be an acceptable utilitarian solution, but the suggested electrical cover plate is certainly more elegant. Used a mirror to cover a door hole once. Always need a full length mirror to check the cut of your jib. Pat

Because I had removed the panels for restoration, I put a piece of duct tape on the back side and filled the front with auto body filler. Sand and paint. If you don't have the panels off just stick a rivet in the hole and paint.
